1. Adoption of Agenda

2. Approval of Minutes

3. Business Arising from Minutes
a. South Shore First Responders Delegate: There were no volunteers that came forward for the committee. The topic will be brought up at the AGM to see if there is anyone that would be the delegate.
b. Kinookimaw Website: The website can be updated with the proposed changes.
c. BBQ and Concert: The BBQ and potential concert/entertainment will be held on July 5, 2025.
Todd and Joan Edwards will allow the concert to be located in their yard with the BBQ in the park.
Carla Koot has emailed a few bands to see if they are available. She is waiting to hear back from them. Carla will keep us updated on the response and we can then send information out to members.
An email will be sent out to advise residents to respond if they will be attending. Responses should go to Dwayne by June 23, 2025.
d. Running for Board
There are 2 members that are not returning to the board and one that is unsure. An email will be sent out to residents to consider running for the board and it will also be brought up at the AGM.
e. 2025 AGM
The 2025 AGM will be held on May 31, 2025 at 9:30 at the Kinookimaw Community Park. Dwayne will bring a table for the front and will have the board members at it. Residents to bring their own chairs.

5. KBA Manager Report:
a. Water and water meter update: The water quantity is holding its own. Discussions are still being held with the Town of Regna Beach regarding the potential to have temporary access to water for emergency situations (as needed). The water meters are a go, and we are just waiting for the meters to be purchased.
b. Tree Trimming: A work bee will be held on Saturday, May 24 to trim trees in the community. An email will be sent out for volunteers.
c. Road Report: Winter snow removal went well this past year. At the end of June, calcium chloride will be applied to the roads for dust control. Lorne will also have some reclaim asphalt delivered so that some of the potholes can be filled.
6. Bylaw Compliance Report:
No formal reports submitted to the committee.
7. New Business:
a. Community issues – Lorne will track the concerns that he receives from community members. These general concerns will be included in communication to residents so that they are aware of issues that are raised.
8. Next meeting date:
Next regular meeting to be held on June 4, 2025 at 7:00. Location to be determined.
