Carla K submitted the financial information and indicated that the current account balance is $4,211.16. To date, there were 13 paid 2025 memberships and 24 paid at the AGM for a total of 37.

4. KRA Officer Elections
General discussion regarding the various officer positions, and organizational protocols.
As discussed at the AGM, Leila Blish, Muir Barber, Rita Hanoski and Craig Matt have put their names forward to be on the board.

The current authorized signing officers of Dwayne, Carla and Blaine will be adjusted to remove Carla and include Rita for the 2025/26 year.

5. New Business:
a) Social Events:  Band and BBQ – July 5, 2025.  The band that has been booked is Ralph Ell from Fort Qu’Appelle.  Dwayne has his bio and will send to Jacquie Bumphrey to make the poster. A reminder email will also be sent out as we need to confirm numbers.  Dwayne is okay with purchasing the food for the BBQ. Once the final numbers are in, he will figure out the food requirements.  Board members will be helping with set up, cooking and collecting funds.
b) Rita wondered if we should consider walking door to door to collect memberships as Dina suggested at the AGM. This is something that the board can discuss further once all members are in attendance.

6. Next meeting date
Next regular meeting will be held on August 6, 2025 at 7:00 pm at Rita’s house.
