1.  Call to Order at 9:30 am

2.  Approval of Agenda

4.   Financial Report


The Financial Report will be presented at the Annual General Meeting

5.  President's Report


  • Oiling of roads will be done May 27.

  • Fire Ban reintroduced due to extreme dry weather.

  • Bottle Drive in Kinookimaw this date.

  • L. Bumphrey used harrows to smooth the roads this week, it is suggested this be done more frequently.

  • Beach space in the park has been improved. Pros and cons of installing a play station discussed.

  • Extensive tree cutting is causing concern regarding erosion.

  • Fire Dept. is working on a Fire Risk signage for communities to use.

  • Street signs to be ordered by L. Bumphrey to compliment community maps and emergency services.

  • Scott Siemens only know candidate for elections.

6.  Business and Financial Planning


  1. KRA incorporation is on hold to allow time for more discussion by Board and general Membership.  

  2. KBA has offered to pay for annual First Responders fee one of our main drivers for fee collection.

  3. Bylaws (1996) need to be updated at minimum.

  4. Memberships will be available at the AGM.

7.  Annual General Meeting - June 1, 2019

C. Hanoski and C. Bjarnason to help with greeting and Memberships.

Refreshments will be available via volunteers

8. NEXT MEETING DATE: To be determined - the new Board will set the 2019 meeting dates following the AGM.
